Transform diabetes management at Ross Memorial Hospital as a Temporary Coordinator in Clinical Nutrition. This role empowers patients with dietary knowledge while supporting the Diabetes Clinic team in Lindsay, Ontario.
As an integral part of the Diabetes Education and Management Program, you will provide specialized nutrition guidance to adults managing diabetes. Your role as a Registered Dietitian will encompass assessment, education, and development of personalized plans. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective strategies.
