Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk support and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. You will be on call during the week when needed.


Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Based on general knowledge.

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls. Based on general knowledge.

+ Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area. Based on general knowledge.

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Based on general knowledge.

+ Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Based on general knowledge.
