Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, programmes, and outreach initiatives
- Manage event logistics, operations, publicity, and post-event reporting
- Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and minute-taking
- Maintain and update website content and social media platforms
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Monitor project timelines and support day-to-day operational activities
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
- Experience in event coordination, programme management, communications, or administrative support is preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
