- Identify, evaluate, and monitor public and private sector tender opportunities.
- Review tender invitations, specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
- Assess bid viability and recommend participation strategies.
- Develop tender schedules and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
- Manage the entire tender process from enquiry through to submission and award.
- Maintain tender registers, databases, and submission records.
- Coordinate the preparation of technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
- Compile and review tender documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
