Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Study, review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, datasheets, drawings and scope of work related to Electrical Instrumentation systems.
  • Identify scope boundaries, technical requirements and project risks associated with the EI discipline.
  • Prepare technical clarifications and tender queries when required.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates including direct costs (materials, labour, construction equipment) and indirect costs.
  • Prepare unit rate build‑ups and pricing analysis using historical cost data and productivity norms.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.
  • Maintain organized estimation records, cost databases and tender documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
