Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Reports To: GM BakeMark Calgary Canada

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Leads, plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the sales of the organization’s products within their territory. Unquestionable ethical conduct in both business and personal dealings are an absolute requirement. This position is responsible to uphold corporate mission, vision, strategies, and values and follows BakeMark’s guiding principles of Best Practices as both process improvement and a cultural attitude. Always keeps the BakeMark Mission & related strategies as the primary focus and goal. The hands‑on role manages to meet or exceed objectives by performing the following principal/essential accountabilities:

  1. Territory Management
    • Know and call on all customer prospects within defined territory.
    • Understand all BakeMark products and make valuable recommendations to customers.
