What You’ll Do
As a Territory Business Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing our SME customer base across the central North Island. This is a true hunter role where you’ll build relationships, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships while representing Genesis in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME and Agriculture customers across electricity, LPG, and natural gas through proactive networking and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, industry contacts, and existing customers
- Shift conversations from price-based selling to value-led solutions using Genesis tools and technology
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to regional strategic goals
- Ensure customer portfolios meet profitability and performance expectations
- Represent Genesis at field days, trade shows, and industry events
