What you will do

You will drive commercial growth, operational performance, and strategic development of Sensormatic Solutions in Poland. The role combines sales leadership, service delivery, and customer engagement with full P&L ownership.

Focus will be on expanding retail solutions (RFID, analytics, loss prevention) and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute country growth strategy aligned with EMEA priorities
  • Own revenue, margin, and order intake targets
  • Lead complex solution sales (hardware, software, services)
  • Build relationships with key retail clients and decision makers
  • Drive service performance, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue
