Test Automation Developer – Fall 2026 Co‑op/Intern – Waterloo, ONT, Canada
Work Term
Work term: Fall 2026. Work term length: 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Identify test scenarios, create and execute test cases, and write automated test scripts.
- Work closely with the Quality Engineering team in an Agile environment on initiatives that span the business.
- Design and script automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Analyze and report testing results.
- Leverage AI in all phases of the SDLC and maintain an automation‑first mindset.
- Perform data seeding, data masking, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Student of Computer Science or a related program.
- Willingness to engage in both testing and coding.
- Experience with large language models (LLM), machine learning (ML), and generative AI (GenAI) is a plus.
- Experience consuming REST or SOAP APIs.
