Test Centre Invigilator

Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)

Job Duties Job Duties The invigilator assumes responsibility for test room security and administration of test materials. This includes but is not limited to, picking up and checking the test materials, setting up the test room, assuring electronic testing equipment (when applicable) is functioning, administering test materials and returning completed tests to administrators, taking payment for exams.

Exam Security

Follow the protocols for exam security and integrity and candidate check in as laid out in the manual and/or as per the specialized exam.

Confirm attendance, ensure correct exam papers/packages are received and ready for exam start, distribute appropriate exam papers, instruct students regarding correct start and finish times.

Administration
