Role Summary
This position is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and driving Design for Test (DFT) solutions across complex hardware programs. The role ensures comprehensive test coverage, high test quality, and predictable execution through close collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams from concept through post‑silicon.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and architecture of end‑to‑end DFT solutions across programs
- Ensure robust test coverage and test quality throughout the design lifecycle
- Drive predictable execution from tape‑in through tape‑out and post‑silicon validation
- Collaborate closely with:
- Design engineering
- Physical design
- Validation
- Test engineering
- Program management
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
