Your Job:As an Engineering Test professional, you will design and develop innovative test fixtures and equipment, troubleshoot and repair existing systems, and lead maintenance and improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality production standards.You will analyze statistical data to identify root causes of yield issues and collaborate across multiple divisions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Our Team:You will be part of the DSS division located in Guadalajara, working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.Our group is committed to maintaining top-tier test processes and equipment reliability, emphasizing leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.What You Will Do:- Design, construct, and maintain test fixtures and equipment to support production needs.
