solutions across complex hardware programs. The role ensures comprehensive test coverage, high test quality, and predictable execution through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams from concept through postsilicon.

Lead the definition and architecture of endtoend
DFT solutions
across programs
Ensure robust
test coverage and test quality
throughout the design lifecycle
Drive predictable execution from
tapein through tapeout and postsilicon validation
Collaborate closely with:
Design engineering
Physical design
Validation
Test engineering

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
