Job Description
A leading technology organisation is seeking a Test Engineer to support validation, testing, and quality assurance activities for a Secure Android platform programme on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience within software or embedded systems testing and will be comfortable working closely with development teams to ensure platform quality and stability.
Key skills required:
- Experience in software or embedded systems testing
- Experience executing functional, integration, regression, and system validation testing
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
- Ability to document defects and support issue triage activities
- Experience supporting automation and test framework activities
- Android testing methodologies experience preferred
- Exposure to automation scripting is desirable
