Position Summary
Performs a variety of professional level engineering duties. Test Engineers create and implement test cases, including documenting defects and failures, to ensure a quality product.
Primary Responsibilities- Set up, program, and run test lab equipment
- Design tests to ensure customers specifications are met
- Provide feedback to Program Engineering, R&D Engineering, and Advanced Engineering on tests requested
- Perform failure analysis on tests that do not pass specifications
- Troubleshoot lab equipment failures and help resolve issues quickly
- Prepare test reports for external and internal customers
- Provide feedback on test results to external customers and be available to attend customer meetings
- Work with Lab Technicians with the goal of minimizing LTR’s past due
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data results through thorough documentation processes
