Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in banking application
• Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc) metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards
• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives
