Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing)
- Define test strategy, test plans, and timelines aligned with project delivery
- Coordinate with business users, developers, vendors, and project managers
- Manage UAT cycles , including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking
- Ensure proper test coverage for core insurance systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing)
- Oversee defect management process and ensure timely resolution
- Drive test automation initiatives where applicable
- Provide status reporting to senior stakeholders and highlight risks/issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements in insurance
