Test Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in defining end-to-end migration test strategies and execution frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in creating test plans, scope, and entry/exit criteria.
• Experience in testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, ALM, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading testing for at least one large‑scale infrastructure migration project.
• Strong experience in managing multi‑stream and cross‑functional testing teams.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, application, database, and network testing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
