Job Description

  • Primary Skills: Retail Internet Banking, retail mobile banking.
  • Mobile and internet banking working experience & project handling
  • Lead requirement walkthroughs with Business, Product, Dev, and Architecture teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
  • Establish and govern requirement readiness (Definition of Ready) for both Internet and Mobile banking features.
  • Identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, and cross-channel inconsistencies early and coordinate timely closure.
  • Validate security, regulatory, and compliance requirements such as MFA, session management, masking, audit logs, and transaction rules.
  • Map requirements to end to end banking journeys like login, accounts, transfers, payments, card management, and service requests.
  • Define acceptance criteria, negative scenarios, and exception handling based on requirement analysis.
