Job Description
Hands-on technician role performing troubleshooting, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous improvement on semiconductor manufacturing test equipment to sustain uptime, yield, and output. Partners with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch, MUBA/MTBF targets, quality compliance, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the root cause of equipment/HW failures to minimize occurrence
- Design and implement modification and improvements as a preventive measure and detection
- Responsible for in-depth equipment/HW repair and troubleshooting
- Implement effective PM system and accuracy of calibration
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment/HW
