We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, tax compliance, and provide reports that help management make informed financial decisions. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and file GST/PST returns and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
