Store Manager – The Shoe Co. As a Store Manager at The Shoe Co., you will report to the District Manager and lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will coach and lead the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
