Location: Downtown Calgary, Alberta (hybrid work allowed). Domestic and international travel to plant and vendor sites required.
A Day in the Life
- Lead a high‑impact function as a fleet‑level thermal performance specialist, diagnosing performance issues, standardising methodologies, and supporting consistent performance outcomes.
- Drive asset strategy by aligning performance analysis and improvement initiatives with business objectives, informing long‑term asset strategy and prioritising investment opportunities.
- Resolve performance challenges through root‑cause analysis for persistent or systemic degradation, ensuring technically sound, sustainable solutions.
- Maintain accountability for regulatory requirements related to unit performance testing, including planning, execution, and documentation (e.g., RATA testing).
