  • Receive and handle quotation requests from clients; consult on relevant testing parameters based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate sample collection schedules with clients and internal teams to ensure timely sampling.
  • Input and update sample-related information in internal CRM systems and/or client platforms as required.
  • Receive, respond to, and support the resolution of customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Qualifications

  • College or University degree in a relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Experience in laboratory testing services or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
