Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Ticket Writers to assist guests with wagering transactions and provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales and wagering transactions accurately.
  
• Operate computer systems and point-of-sale equipment.
  
• Handle cash and balance transactions.
  
• Assist guests with questions regarding ticket purchases.
  
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism at all times.
