About the role:
Join our Retail Excellence team as Retail Coach mentoring our Queensland businesses.
As the Retail Coach, you will partner with our Boutique Leaders and Client Advisors community training the art of premium in store experiences and clientelling skills. Lead from the front to mentor and develop teams while ensuring sales and service standards are consistently upheld across the market. Your goal is to create exceptional Tiffany Brand Ambassadors that are knowledgeable about the brand's heritage, product range and have a strategic approach to client engagement and retention.
