**Job Title: TIG Welder**
2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Pay: $24-$30 (Can go higher for a candidate with Maintenance experience as well)
*Focus will be TIG Welding on the maintenance team, will be trained in maintenance
**Job Description**
This role focuses on TIG welding and fabrication to repair equipment, while also supporting maintenance with larger repairs on manufacturing equipment. You will use your welding, fabrication, and blueprint-reading skills to produce high-quality, precise work in a clean, regulated production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components to repair and fabricate equipment according to specifications.
+ Fabricate and assemble parts and equipment using layouts, blueprints, and technical drawings.
+ Cut, grind, polish, and sand metal components to achieve required dimensions, finishes, and quality standards.
