TIG Welder

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our long-standing manufacturing client with their search for a TIG Welder.

Key Duties

• Carry out TIG welding; any MIG welding is a bonus.
• Work with aluminium.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision.
• Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work.

Key Requirements

• Time-served fabricator.
• Proven experience in TIG welding.
• Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively.

The Package

• Salary is dependant on experience/expectations.
• Hours are 37.5 per week. Mainly Mon–Thu and Fri. Some shifts with customer demand may revert to 6–2 or 2–10, though this is atypical. Shift premiums would be added onto the basic rate.
