About the Role:


This is a US Mortgage Title Insurance Closing role involving closing/funding document review, escrow & notary coordination, tax/payoff verification, and QA/process auditing before mortgage loan closing.


Job Specification:


  • 2-3 year in Title Insurance Closing.
  • Closing/Funding and HUDs, Notary services experience.
  • Knowledge about HUD-1 Statement, Closing disclosures Deeds, Payoff and Title Commitment.
  • Concept of order scheduling and basics of Notary functionalities.
  • Need to know the Proactive and Reactive Funding process along with DOP concepts.
  • Thorough understanding of the mortgage closing process, including document preparation, compliance requirements, and regulatory issues (TRID, RESPA, etc.).
  • Knowledge about Property tax
  • Knowledge about Title Charges, Recording Fee, State & county ...
