Summary

Responsible for conducting deep‑dive business analysis across core banking domains, acting as the subject‑matter expert (SME) to ensure all business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with operational and strategic objectives. This role bridges business expertise with system capability, ensuring solutions are logically sound, operationally efficient, and technically feasible.
Key Responsibilities

1. In‑depth Business Analysis in Assigned Domain
Serve as the business analysis SME for one or several core domains (e.g., credit, treasury, operations, risk).

Analyze business requirements, develop detailed BRDs, and design end‑to‑end process models aligned with improvement initiatives.

Ensure proposed business solutions are practical, compliant with current procedures, and supportive of system operations.
