Your New Role
This position is responsible of providing support to all activities related to support of Playout for Live Events Transmission through cloud & on-prem video technologies, Provide Infrastructure and Networking areas level 1 support.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Support Playout technology and Transmission chains for WBD Live Channels Portfolio, being the FPC for operational inquires.
- Setup, validate and correct, when needed, workflows for delivering of live feeds through fiber and cloud solutions.
- Work with other support levels on different areas, such as Infrastructure, Networking and Transmission to solve time sensitive issues affecting critical services.
- Prepare and assist on the creation of SOP and documentation for the area.
- Perform corrective maintenance activities on critical services
