Responsibilities:
Quick and professional repair of tools that break down during production
Performing scheduled maintenance tasks
Inspecting and preserving the condition of tools withdrawn from production
Daily sharpening of cutting knives
Operating machines and equipment in the tool maintenance workshop
Handling the Kardex system (issue and return of tools)
Keeping tool-related documentation up to date
Operating the Powerpick tool inventory system
Participating in the annual tool inventory
Proposing improvements and repair suggestions to enhance production and quality
Complying with and enforcing occupational safety regulations
Qualifications:
Secondary-level technical qualification (toolmaker / machinist)
