§Meet production expectations through TPM planning and execution to maintain tools in optimal condition.
§Hands-on experience in injection tool maintenance.
§Knowledge in Unigraphics, solid works, Catia.
§Basic knowledge in injection process.
§Problem solving analysis knowledge.
§Implement a quick die change system and protective measures for each tool.
§Coordinate engineering changes to tools and ensure that documentation is updated with the data generated for each tool.
§Comply with the requirements for Quality, Environmental, and Internal Control audits.
§Monitor safety measures according to the area, activity, and organizational structure.
