Project In-Charge
- A Licensed Civil Engineer
- Has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity
- Can handle both ADMIN and SUBCON Manpower
- Experience in STRUCTURAL PROJECTS is an ADVANTAGE
- Must know how to detail drawings
- Must know how to estimate quantity at cost
- Must know how to evaluate billings
- Must have the ability to make decisions and must possess leadership skills
- Must have time management and organizational skills
- With extensive exposure in the construction industry
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
