Job Description


  • Implementation and management of benefits, well-being, and recognition programs

  • Collaborating with Procurement Team regarding benefits management and tenders

  • Monitoring and interpreting international compensation and benefits regulations

  • Ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards cycles (salary review, promotions, bonus calculations, data submissions to market providers, etc.)

  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the Total Rewards area

  • Creating engaging communication materials to explain Total Rewards programs to employees

  • Representation in contacts with PPK and preparation of required documents

  • Preparing presentations regarding Compensation & Benefits for the organisation

  • Supporting new hires including induction process

  • Preparing reports regarding Total Rewards trends and recommendations
