About the Opportunity

Position focused on global equity and benefits administration, supporting compensation and rewards programs, and providing cross‑functional financial support.

Responsibilities

Global Equity Administration

  • Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks)
  • Administer employee accounts and long‑term incentive (LTI) grants
  • Coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions
  • Serve as a point of contact for equity‑related inquiries

Benefits & Rewards Administration

  • Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans
  • Process new hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates
  • Track and report taxable benefits
  • Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency
