Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Supporting Total Rewards activities across compensation, benefits, and recognition programs

  • Assisting with data collection, validation, and reporting related to compensation and benefits

  • Helping prepare materials for compensation reviews, benchmarking, and program updates

  • Responding to employee inquiries and supporting documentation and communications

  • Maintaining trackers, templates, and process documentation

  • Collaborating with People & Culture partners on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
