This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that high-quality total rewards programs are delivered accurately and promptly to an organisation marked by multiple divisions.
Job Description
You will lead a lean team to manage the full spectrum of compensation and benefits strategy and operations. This is a hands-on, people manager role that suits someone who enjoys deep technical work, process excellence and supporting employees (>1,500 headcounts) through well-designed rewards programs.
