Job Description
As a Total Rewards Partner, your main focus will be to partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance. You secure consistent, compliant, and competitive reward practices while collaborating across People, Finance, and global TR teams. This hybrid role reports into our People Manager and is based out of Mexico Support Office.
Rewards Strategy, Execution & Compliance
You act as a rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance. You lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level, covering compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards.
