Role Summary

The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Programs & Administration

  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, career framework, and allowances.
  • Manage compensation processes such as annual merit reviews, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate compensation data maintenance within HRIS (e.g., Workday), including EIB uploads and audit checks.
