Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • One-year experience in a related office setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, management, and agents.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Tracing container imports daily and updating the operating system to reflect data.
  • Validate loads status to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery).
  • Create and maintain reports of load status.
  • Updating accounts and shipments with real‑time information.
  • Customer interfacing.
