Key Responsibilities
·Field Program Execution:
o Assist in the implementation of sales programs, promotions, and activities in national and regional pharmacies across the assigned region.
o Ensure that all marketing materials, samples, and promotional tools are distributed to the right locations and used according to the program guidelines.
o Monitor the progress of in-field programs, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
o Conduct in-store merchandising and product placement activities, ensuring product visibility and compliance with the company's marketing strategy.
·Sales Support & Coordination:
o Provide logistical support to the sales team by coordinating meetings, arranging product knowledge trainings, and scheduling visits to key accounts.
