Trade Compliance Manager

Location: Finland (Espoo, Lappeenranta or Tampere) with hybrid working options.

Team

You will be part of a team of fourteen professionals focused on customs and export control matters. You will support group‑wide customs and export control, ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade rules, regulations, and laws.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze customs data globally.
• Interpret customs and free trade agreement regulations.
• Participate in trade compliance related process development projects.
• Develop systems for trade compliance, creating processes, standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Coaching, training, and support for trade compliance matters.
