About this Unique role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reece Civil branch in Wangara as a Retail Assistant (known as Branch Staff), with the potential to being appointed into a leadership role with accelerated training consisting of tailored programs and initiatives (I.e., shadow training at multiple metro sites with senior leaders, expediting Reece specific systems training).
The successful candidate will initially be offered a competitive hourly rate with a pathway and eligibility to the Reece Profit Share program once in the leadership role....
