Overview

Trade Delivery and Response Manager – £55,000 to £65,000 plus excellent benefits including company pool car (Work Level 5). Manchester – hybrid working between home and the office, with occasional travel across the UK. 5/7 working pattern, including some weekend and bank holiday work. 12 month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with Directors of Operations, Field Managers and franchise partners to gather feedback, prioritise issues and ensure fixes are delivered.
• Support the creation of key trade and seasonal events activity and lead the communication and execution requirements to our stores and operational field teams.
• Oversee hypercare for critical trade activity, ensuring it is operationally assured for colleagues, customers and partners.
• Lead the resolution of non-category trade issues, partnering with central teams to deliver the right outcome for stores.
