Trade Operations Analyst – Toronto

Mercer is hiring a Trade Operations Analyst for our Toronto office. This is a hybrid position that requires a presence in the office for three days a week.

The Analyst will manage all aspects of client cash flow management and product/client trade order management, monitoring the workflow of trades from initiation to settlement. The role collaborates closely with the Investment team, Client implementation team, and Client Custodians.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of order management and all aspects of daily trading, including cash reconciliation, trade execution, and management of outgoing wires.
• Collaborate with team members to meet SLAs and escalated issues when required.
• Daily monitoring, analysis, and recording of client custodian cash positions to ensure cash requirements are captured.
