Trade Operative Multi Skilled with Joinery capabilities (Permanent)

Location

Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Gadbrook Point, Rudheath Way, Northwich, CW9 7LL. The role is based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich, and will work across the Trust’s core locations in Warrington and Cheshire.

Contract

Permanent. Working 40 hours per week plus out‑of‑hours callout rota.

Salary

£37,464.05 per annum plus van, fuel card, uniform and tools provided.

Responsibilities

As an Advanced Multi‑Skilled Operative you will carry out a range of planned, cyclical, void and responsive repair works. Duties include plastering, brickwork, roofing, joinery and plumbing on tenanted and empty homes. You will work safely, follow specific guidelines, assess risk and maintain ongoing health and safety training.
