Trade Operative Multi Skilled

Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for a driven, diligent, and friendly Trade Operative Multi Skilled (Advanced Multi Skilled Operative) with a plastering or bricklaying qualification to join our Voids Team. You will work full time, permanent, across our Property Services team and carry out planned, cyclical, void and responsive repair works across our portfolio of ~6500 properties, including plastering, brickwork, roofing, joinery and plumbing on tenanted and empty homes. The role with a 40‑hour week (08:30‑17:00 Monday‑Friday) also involves participating in the Trust callout rota and working within a 30‑mile radius of Gadbrook Point, Northwich.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of planned, cyclical, void and responsive repair works across the Trust’s stock.
