Responsibilities
- Manage Fleet of heavy vehicles activities to fulfill customers’ delivery requirement
- Plan and allocation/deployment of drivers and vehicles and update Transport System.
- Strategically deploy drivers, ensuring optimal roster arrangements and transport utilization
- Manage and review schedules & routing to ensure drivers to meet daily jobs with accordance to customer’s requirement
- Any other ad oc duties assigned by manager safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers/contractors’ performance
- Trouble shoot any issue during delivery team bring up facing any difficulties
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
