Penrith City Council is looking to employ committed, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to undertake a 2 year traineeship as Trainee Asset Officer. Your positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong customer focus will ensure you are successful in securing this exciting opportunity. 

As a Trainee Asset Officer you will complete a Certificate IV in Government, whilst gaining valuable information and industry experience in a supportive environment. The traineeship will commence in early 2026. 

This role supports the Parks and Open Space Strategic Asset Management Team by assisting in the management of open space infrastructure assets through tasks such as onsite (outdoor) inspections, data entry, and administrative support.
